Fleet Maintenance
Do you have an extensive inventory of equipment that needs regular maintenance? We provide fleet maintenance and make our own spreadsheet to record unit info and filter numbers. Standard PM work like engine oil, air and fuel filter changes, to differentials, final drives and planetaries.
Fleet Upfits
We have experience to perform in depth and lengthy preparation to fleet units such as Arctic Upfits to meet North Slope spec's given from varying companies, lighting, PTO's, battery tenders, fuel filtration systems and more!
This includes light duty, medium and heavy duty such as heavy haul trucks

What kind of experience do you have?
Mike, Owner/Field Manager of C&M has 11 years and 25,000+ hours worked in the 302 Union with several reputable companies. He has a vast knowledge base of different equipment operating systems and has maintained equipment with everything from leading a crusher crew on the Dalton Highway, to repairing friction cranes on bridges, to hydraulic system diagnosis on excavators and replacing track pins on bull dozers.
Cole, Owner/Shop Manager of C&M, has a background in customer service at a very busy dealership in Anchorage. He has also assisted in project management with seeing through various stages of upfitting large quantities of heavy haul trucks for north slope companies. Previously he had 5 years working on the North Slope as a field oiler and hot oil work on well heads.
We have 10 full time mechanics between our shop and the field and the ability to pressure wash equipment at our shop.
What do you specialize in?
We do not specialize in one area. We have the capability to perform all work from oil changes, to doing hard face welding on buckets and blades, hydraulic pressure testing, engine repairs, electrical diagnosis, engine swings, injector coding, and everything in between.
What are the rates of your services?
Our standard rate is $165 per hour in town with a 2-hour minimum with a one-time $150 service truck fee per day and if our diagnostics laptop is used it is a $75 fee.
Shop rate is also $165 per hour with a 2 hour minimum and shop misc fees for consumables.
Our out-of-town rate is on a day rate to be discussed with customer on request for remote work in places such as villages or projects that require an overnight stay.

We have 4 fully outfitted services trucks and a mobile fabrication flatbed
A 2018 Peterbilt 348 equipped with a 12,000lb capacity crane, a Miller Trailblazer welder, torch system and a 80cfm air compressor.
A 2013 Peterbilt 337 with a 10,000lb crane, a Miller Bobcat, torch system and a 65cfm compressor
A 2015 Dodge Ram 5500 equipped with an 8000-pound capacity crane, a Miller welder, torch system and on-board air compressor
A 2024 Ford F450 with utility body and air compressor
A 2019 Gmc 3500 with a utility body and an air compressor
A 2006 Ford F350 Flatbed setup for quick repairs
Do we have a shop?
Yes we do! we have 2 bays and an office located off mile 51 of the parks outside Wasilla area with bays large enough to fit 50ft units. We have the same abilities in the shop as in the field except for a crane.

Our goal is to provide our customer base with timely diagnosis and repair wherever their piece of equipment is located as well as the ability to bring the equipment to our shop if desired. But by us coming to you, it saves you time and money on transportation, fuel and personnel costs.
We know the industry is experiencing major parts delays, so we go the extra mile and search all over the United States in attempt to locate items needed through many different distributors, not just dealerships.
Through worker shortages, we also want to offer fleet maintenance schedules to ensure your equipment is getting the attention it needs throughout the hard hours it works.
